1. Service
dataz.md provides read-only APIs and hosted runtime infrastructure for customer-authorized Discord and Telegram accounts. The service is intended for lawful retrieval, indexing, and analysis of data the customer is authorized to access.
2. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for your account, workspace users, API keys, provider credentials, provider terms compliance, and all activity sent through your workspace. You must only connect accounts and data sources that you have the right to use.
3. Read-only scope
The product is designed for read-only access. You may not use dataz.md to send messages, edit content, delete provider content, evade provider limits, or automate actions that modify third-party account state.
4. Payment and cancellation
Hosted service begins its trial or paid billing only after the connected account and endpoint are ready. New workspaces are billed at $19.50 per hosted VM per month, with each VM including up to one Discord and one Telegram connection. Grandfathered workspaces retain account-slot pricing. Deleting capacity stops its future renewal but does not create an automatic prorated refund. Immediate deletion revokes access immediately and forfeits remaining paid time. Unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise, fees are non-refundable except for duplicate charges, failed provisioning after payment, or service failures caused by dataz.md.
5. Deletion and retention
Deletion behavior follows the Data Retention Policy. Current software disables routes, revokes API keys, marks hosted resources deleted, and performs runtime destruction through a retryable background workflow. Encrypted provider credentials and provider identity metadata are retained after hosted deletion so an authorized restore can reuse the connection. Some lifecycle cleanup depends on provider support and may remain pending while a provider is unavailable.
6. Suspension
We may suspend access if we reasonably believe use violates these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, provider rules, security requirements, or law.
7. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted provider access, provider API availability, or that third-party platforms will continue to permit a particular integration pattern.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, dataz.md will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
9. Changes
We may update these terms by publishing a new version. Material changes apply prospectively unless required sooner for security, provider compliance, or legal reasons.
