Onboarding setup
Set up a workspace and account slot.
Create a workspace, accept the policies, choose Discord or Telegram, save billing, and connect the provider account. Setup and the trial start automatically when it is ready.
Steps
- Get started and accept the workspace terms and supporting policies.
- Choose Discord or Telegram for the first account slot.
- Save payment information, then connect the provider account through the setup flow.
- After setup finishes, enter the portal and create a tenant API key.
Prerequisites
- A dataz.md workspace with an activated account slot.
- A tenant API key created in the portal.
- Access to data the connected provider account can read.
Provider connection
Connect an account you own or are authorized to use. Complete the secure connection flow to enable read-only access through dataz.md.
- Choose Discord or Telegram for the account slot.
- Follow the secure in-product connection flow for the selected provider.
- After the account is confirmed healthy, setup finishes automatically and you can create your API key.
Authorization required
Provider permissions and terms continue to apply. dataz.md does not authorize access to accounts you do not control.
Telegram API credentials
Telegram account setup needs a Telegram application credential pair: api_id and api_hash. Create it once from Telegram, then enter it in the dataz.md setup flow with the phone number for the account you are connecting.
- Sign in at my.telegram.org.
- Open API development tools.
- Create an application. You will be shown your
api_idandapi_hash.
Follow the official guide on obtaining api_id for details.
Login code
After you submit the app credentials and phone number, Telegram sends a login code to your Telegram app. Enter that code in the next setup step.
